If an incense mixture sticks, burns or otherwise gets stuck to the bottom of the glass insert, fill the glass insert with water and vinegar cleaner. Leave this mixture to soak for a few hours or overnight and then rinse well. Repeat the process if necessary. The Flower of Life is lasered into the glass. So there is no need to worry that it could come off.
