Shipping and Terms of Payment

1) Shipping costs

8.50 CHF by Swiss Post (free shipping from 70.00 CHF)

2) Delivery and shipping conditions

2.1 Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be delivered by shipment to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address stated in the Seller's order processing is decisive for the transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when selecting the payment method PayPal, the delivery address provided by the Customer to PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.

2.2 If the carrier returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of revocation, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given him a reasonable period of notice.

2.3 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

3) Prices and terms of payment

3.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Seller's product description, the prices quoted are total prices which include the statutory tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be stated separately in the respective product description.

3.2 The customer shall be informed of the payment option(s) in the seller's online shop.

3.3 If payment is made by means of a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment shall be processed by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal"), in accordance with the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - in accordance with the Terms of Payment without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.

3.4 If the payment method invoice purchase is selected, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price shall be paid without deduction within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. The seller reserves the right to offer the payment method invoice purchase only in conscience countries. In this case, the seller will inform the customer in his payment information in the online shop about a corresponding payment restriction.
